Refund policy

This policy applies to services ordered from "ULTIMATE SOFT" LLC through syntrix.uz and supplements the Public offer and the consumer protection legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

If you cancel an order before the audit stage has started, the payment is refunded in full, less bank fees actually charged for the transfer.

If the contract is terminated after work has started, the Contractor retains the cost of the stages actually completed and accepted (audit, prototype, and so on, in proportion to the package price), and refunds the remainder.

Results of completed stages (documents, prototypes, configurations) are handed over to the Customer.

If the delivered system does not match the scope fixed for the selected package, we first correct the deficiencies at our own expense within a reasonable period. If correction proves impossible, the cost of the deficient part is refunded.

Send a refund request to ultimatesoft2025@gmail.com from the address used when ordering, stating the order details and the reason. We respond within five business days; approved refunds are paid within ten business days by the same method the payment was made, unless the law requires otherwise.
