What do you need from us?
The materials the assistant should know: catalog, price list, policies, FAQ. For CRM automation, an account with admin rights. We sign an NDA before anything is shared.
Which languages does it speak?
Russian and Uzbek fluently, English on request. Voice agents speak natural Russian and Uzbek.
What happens when it does not know the answer?
It says so and hands the conversation to a human. Escalation rules ship with every assistant; we never let it guess about prices or obligations.
