Public offer

This document is an official offer of "ULTIMATE SOFT" LLC (the Contractor) to conclude a contract for the provision of services described on syntrix.uz, addressed to legal entities and individuals (the Customer), in accordance with the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-792 "On E-Commerce" dated 29.09.2022.

The Contractor provides services for the development, configuration, and support of AI software systems (chat assistants, voice agents, CRM and workflow automation, knowledge bases, and related work) within the scope of the package selected by the Customer on the Packages page or an individually agreed scope.

The offer is accepted (the contract is considered concluded) at the moment the Customer pays for the selected package or an agreed invoice, or confirms an order placed through the site, whichever occurs first.

For custom orders placed through the "Custom build" form, the contract is concluded upon the Contractor's confirmation of the order and the Customer's payment.

Prices are published on the site in Uzbek soums (UZS) and are fixed for the scope described in the corresponding package. Payment is made by bank transfer against an invoice or by other methods indicated at checkout. Where payment cards are accepted, payment is processed by licensed payment organizations.

Services are delivered according to the published four-step process (audit, prototype, build and connect, launch and tune) within the indicative timelines published on the site, unless otherwise agreed. The result of each stage is presented to the Customer for approval.

Services are considered accepted upon the Customer's written confirmation (including by email) or upon the Customer's productive use of the delivered system for ten calendar days without written claims.

The parties keep confidential the information received in the course of performance. Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy policy published on the site. At the Customer's request, a separate NDA is signed before materials are transferred.

The parties are liable in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Contractor's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. The parties are released from liability for failure caused by force majeure circumstances confirmed in the established manner.

The offer is valid indefinitely until revoked. The Contractor may amend the offer and prices; amendments do not apply to contracts already concluded. Refunds are governed by the Refund policy published on the site.
