Privacy policy

This policy describes how "ULTIMATE SOFT" LLC (the operator of the Syntrix brand and the syntrix.uz website) processes personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 "On Personal Data" dated 02.07.2019.

Data you submit through forms on this site: name, phone number, email or messenger handle, and the text of your message or order.

Data created when you place an order: the selected package, order amount, and payment status. We do not receive or store card numbers; payments are processed by licensed payment organizations.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected in server logs for security and site operation.

To respond to inquiries, conclude and perform service contracts, deliver ordered services, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and maintain the security of the site.

The legal bases are your consent (given by submitting a form) and the performance of a contract concluded with you.

Personal data of citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan is processed and stored on technical means physically located in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as required by Article 27-1 of Law No. ZRU-547.

Access is limited to employees who need it to perform the purposes above. Data may be transferred to third parties only where necessary for those purposes (hosting provider, email delivery, payment organization processing your payment) or where required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not use it to train third-party machine learning models.

Inquiry data is kept for up to three years from the last contact. Contract and payment data is kept for the periods required by accounting and tax legislation. Server logs are kept for up to twelve months.

You may request information about the processing of your data, demand correction or deletion, and withdraw consent by writing to ultimatesoft2025@gmail.com. We respond within the periods established by Law No. ZRU-547.
